Using the service
You may use Celebration Cards to create and share lawful personal greetings. You are responsible for the text, images, links, and other content you add.
Acceptable content
Do not use the service for harassment, impersonation, unlawful material, malware, deceptive links, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and display it as part of your card. Ensure you have permission to use any uploaded photos.
Shared links
Anyone with a complete share link may be able to view the card. You are responsible for choosing recipients and for avoiding sensitive information that should not be shared.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, links may expire, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Celebration Cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or shared content.
